Come as You Are.
Begin Where You Are.
A Path Toward Meaningful Change.
Healing does not mean becoming someone new—it means reconnecting with your strengths, understanding yourself more deeply, and creating healthier ways to move through life.
In a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space, we’ll work together to navigate challenges and help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and hope.
“You are not a drop in the ocean. You are the entire ocean in a drop.” — Rumi

Alexandra Miller, LCSW

Hi! I'm Alex. A licensed clinical social worker who is dedicated to creating a safe, mindful, and nonjudgmental space for healing. I believe therapy is not about having all the answers—it is a collaborative process of developing greater self-awareness, recognizing personal strengths, and building the resilience needed to navigate life’s challenges.
With a warm, supportive, and patient-centered approach, I blend evidence-based clinical techniques with compassion and genuine connection. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, mood disorders, relationship difficulties, and co-occurring mental health challenges. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to the individual, drawing from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strengths-Based Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.
When you work with me, you can expect to feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment. Together, we will explore difficult experiences, gain clarity around patterns that may be holding you back, and develop practical tools for meaningful, lasting change. Whether you are facing a specific challenge or simply seeking a more profound understanding of yourself, I offer a compassionate partnership to help you move forward with greater confidence, balance, and hope.
